Returns

We strive to provide you with the finest quality dumplings, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@thefatdumplings.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
